-          Linking up vocation sector to internal job market for our graduates

-          Proper certification and Award to our trainees (reorganised certificate)

2.      Uganda Association of private vocational Institutions (UGAPRIVI)

-          To ensure proper registration and recognition of our vacation sector

-          To offer capacity building and support formal training programs to vocational instructors

-          To assist lobby for additional support of training tools, mechanics and equipment into the company

-          To mobilize and sensitize communities the relevant of vocation education (on job skills training)

-          To build the capacity of the vocation sector by increasing enrolment of trainees

-          To integrate NGO polices into our vocation training outreach programes

-          To assist source for more inputs into our training like scholastic materials, institution contribution, tools and equipment 

4.      Kabarole District Local Government  (Education and Community Development Departments

-          To assist in implementing education policies like proper institution setup, registration, marketing the program etc

-          Lobbying and networking for enrolment and additional support required.

-          Community sensitization and laying out enrolment mobilisation strategies

-          Provide capacity building programs to Instructors

-          Provide professional advice on matters concerning education and related issues.

5.      Business, Technical and vocational Education Training (BTVET Department Ministry of Education and sports)

-          Ensure recognised and standard awards (certificates)

-          To avail the curriculum or syllabus updated for vocation training

-          To lobby for training text, books pamphlets, documentations etc

6.      Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT)

-          To ensure standard and recognised awards are offered to graduates who train under modular and level training systems

-          To avail the company with current modules to instructors, for on job skills training implementation

-          To assess learners who train through short course programs and assist graduates to upgrade to different structured on job skill levels like certificates, Diplomas to Degrees. 

7.      Sister Institutions and workshops like UTC Kicwamba, Bushenyi, St. Joseph Technical, Roza Mystica Institute, Kabarole College of Commerce, and also Universities like Kyambogo, Uganda Martyrs, Mountains of the Moon, Uganda Pentecostal etc

-          Accreditation for training and award of certificates

-          Exposure visits, industrial training and experience sharing

-          Resource sharing and utilization

-          Market graduate trainees
